HAPPY (BELATED) BIRTHDAY, LA NORA!!!!!!!!
You know what I Bear-Bear think?
I Bear-Bear think that we as a society don't have enough appreciation for belated things. When we hear that something will happen after the set starting time, we become upset because the thing no longer fits our specific schedes. But I think it's absolutely LITTY to have something happen late! It gives you way more time to focus on the moment- the sparkly dark eyes of the oso before you, the softness of his glossy fur, the natural inflections and cadences of his deep, attractive voice... I hope that my belated post sets a new trend for doing everything late.
So that is why I Bear-Bear have chosen to make this post late: in order to let La Nora focus on her special day before being swept away by the excitement of having a blog post made by me- Bear-Bear- in her honor. I have full comprehension of how incredible I am and how all-encompassing the hype of being recognized by me Bear-Bear must be. So it's actually really polite that I Bear-Bear have waited a day to make this post. You're welcome. ;)
Nora, I loaf you deeply. You know this. I have made it abundantly clear over the years. I treasure you. You are the apple of my eye, the ink of my printer, the oxpecker to my hippo. I greatly value your beautiful eyes, your gorgeous hair, your sparkling sense of humor, and who you are as a whole (except when you reject the offers of friendship that I Bear-Bear always give you for no reason. You say I "scare you", but what could possibly be scary about me Bear-Bear? I loaf you; I've been nothing but nice to you, what did I do wr-). I am so happy that you Nora are in the live of me Bear-Bear, and I'm sure that you must feel the same way.
Love you, beautiful. ;0 Happy birthday!
Feliz cumpleanos!
Bon anniversaire!
Feliz aniversario!
Buon compleanno!
La multi ani!
("happy birthday" in all the romance languages. for obvious reasons ;0)

Thank you, BearBear.
ReplyDeleteBear-Bear,
ReplyDeleteSometimes you talk to me about how you're going to steal La Nora from me. And I tell you that I'm not worried. Then you act confused and you ask "Why Nor? Why are you not intimidated by me Bear-Bear?"
The answer is because of moments like this. It's not because I'm some awesome husband or anything. I'm not really. But La Nora is a smart woman. And so the reason I'm confident that I am not going to lose La Nora to you is not because of me. It's because of you.
No one with any understanding would believe that La Nora wants late birthday wishes. She definitely wants to be wished a happy birthday on her birthday. This is not a complicated thing. At all.
So I will rest comfortably in the knowledge that you lack even the most basic instinct for romance. Keep trying Bear-Bear. I'll rest easily at night.
El Nor
